After completed the 8 laps, my legs felt very sore especially the right leg’s inner thigh, which was the same place of my previous injury. Hopefully the injury was not coming back. Need to rest for a few days after this run.

My previous injury was backed but not as serious as before. During the beginning of the recovery ran, I felt slight pain at my right leg’s inner thigh, however, it was gone after a while. After this, I need to rest & no training until the Putrajaya Marathon.

I did 10 minutes cycling before the recovery ran. Actually, planned for cross training only but legs felt very ‘gatal’ to run. During & after the ran, the pain of my right leg was not there anymore & I was quite happy of that.
